At Stonemount, the health and well-being of our residents is always a top priority. To uphold our commitment to quality and transparency, we recently completed additional water testing on the two existing wells on Kinsale Place through an independent, accredited laboratory.

We’re pleased to share that the results confirm approved water quality, with no PFAS detected. This development draws from a separate aquifer and catchment area, distinct from other regions referenced in recent news reports.

Residents and homebuyers can have confidence in the quality and quantity of the water supply.
